New Next door Neighbor

Well, Dave and his parents just moved into the new house across the street. Dave seems to be a few years older than me.  Just because he is a few years older than me doesn’t matter age is nothing but a number. ~giggles~. Yesterday, Dave was out mowing the grass and it was very hot!!! He only had a pair of shorts on and  of course I was being a peeping teen and was starring at him through my bedroom window. I thought to myself “that boy is so HOT”!!! I think I will be sweet and take him a cold glass of ice tea.
 
As you were standing in your bed room changing you were getting so hot just thinking about Dave!!! You thought I will wear this beautiful blue top because it looks good with perky breasts….Of, course no bra….just my rock hard nipples….You change out of your panty’s and slide on the tightest pair of white shorts that you own….you lay down on the bed and zip them all the way up…All along thinking how your going to tease the ---- out of Dave. You run to the kitchen and make him a tall glass of ice tea. With the glass of tea in hand you walk out side…….
 
you close the door behind you and start across the street. Dave sees you coming and runs the lawn mower right into a tree. Stupid Dave….You are strutting your stuff for all its worth…You cross the street and hand Dave the glass of ice tea say, “Hi my name is Brandi and I think you are so HOT”. Want to play with me when you get done mowing?.
 
Mean while back at the ranch….Dave tells Brandi, “sure I want to play with you just as soon as I get done mowing” Brandi, says I will just sit down over here and watch you until you get done. You walk over and sit down on the sidewalk making sure that Dave can see that you don’t have any panty’s on. You are teasing him not only with the fact that you have no panty’s on but with a beautiful smile that is really code for “I want to fuck your balls off”…….
